Heating networks
Lycée de Junglinster - Power installation
Operation of an installation of two wood boilers for a total power of 1,100 kW. This installation powers a heat network that includes the Junglinster school and swimming pool for a total consumption of 1,000 MWh a year.
Mersch municipality - Power installation
Construction and operation of an installation of two wood boilers (1,500 kW), one gas boiler (2,500 kW) and three buffer storage tanks (total volume 60m³). This installation powers a heating network that includes 22 public buildings for a total consumption of 7,330 MWh a year
Roeser municipality - Power installation
Operation of an installation of a wood boiler (500 kW), two gas boilers (1,440 kW) and one buffer storage tank (total volume 45m³). This installation powers a heating network that includes 12 public buildings for a total consumption of 2,355 MWh a year.
Lycée Technique Agricole de Gilsdorf - Power installation
Construction and operation of an installation of two wood boilers (350 kW and 500 kW), one gas boiler (2,00 kW) and three buffer storage tanks (total volume 60m³). This installation powers a heating network that connects all the buildings of the agricultural technical college. Since the beginning of the 2021/2022 academic year, the school has received its pupils in a new building whose design is set apart by its maximum use of renewable energy.
Harlange municipality - Power installation
Construction and operation of an installation of three wood boilers for a total power of 1,500 kW. This installation powers a heating network that heats the Harlange school complex.
Integrated Facility Management
Avery Dennison
A multi-services and multi-technical Facility Management partnership between Equans and Avery Denisson covering their Rodange site which has 40,000m² of buildings and 400 occupants. It includes support with the social responsibility approach, enabling Avery Dennison to focus on its core business, the manufacture of self-adhesive products (such as sticker labels).
Coque Sports Centre
Operation and maintenance with a total guarantee of the technical installations and water treatment of the Coque complex. This is the largest sports complex in the country (60,000 m), with an Olympic swimming pool, the Aréna sports hall (6,500 seats), a gymnasium (2,000 seats), a relaxation centre and the High Performance Training and Recovery Centre.
CHEM Hospital
Operation and maintenance with a total guarantee of the technical installations of three buildings (Esch-sur-Alzette, Dudelange and Niederkorn). An essential player in the healthcare sector, the CHEM offers a technical room with the most advanced diagnosis and treatment equipment and a competent team offering interdisciplinary care.
SES
Technical Facility Management, operation and maintenance of the technical installations of the SES (formerly Société Européenne des Satellites) Campus in Betzdorf. SES is one of the main owners and operators of satellites worldwide, with over 70 satellites on two different orbits.
